With the purchase of this sign up, we will promptly send you an email with a certificate to redeem at the GLENDALE LOCATION. Please arrive 20 minutes early to fill out our health history and waiver prior to your first class. Bring a valid Arizona drivers license. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Exercise clothing, gym shoes, and water are required to participate. This payment for training is NON REFUNDABLE and must be redeemed within 60 days or purchase! Because of the limited mat space we have, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO martial arts instructors, school owners, or trainers permitted, thank you for your understanding.
