Below is a description of the classes offered:

TACTICAL BLACK™ KRAV MAGA
This is our Beginning through Blue level curriculum. The training
gives students the core knowledge of combatives, empty handed,
scenarios (choke defenses, headlocks, bear hugs etc.), basic
groundwork and an introduction to weapons defenses.
8-12 months of consistent training is the requirement to test,
onto TB™ Brown. Only after passing the TB™ Krav Maga
beginning level exam is access granted to participate in
TB™ Brown level training.

BAG
Heavy combative work on a free-standing bag.

CORE BOARD & STRENGTH CONDITIONING
This class is designed to train your “core” body to fire first along
with strength training for endurance.

A.L.E.E.T.™ 24
(Advanced Level Explosive Endurance Training)
Intense interval training that includes advanced level core,
plyometrics, strength and endurance training.

A.L.E.E.T.™ 24 BURN
A 40-minute class based on the principles of A.L.E.E.T.™ 24.

Please arrive 20 minutes early to fill out our health history and waiver prior to your first class. Bring a valid Arizona drivers license. Must be 18 years or older to participate. Exercise clothing, gym shoes, and water are required to participate. This payment for training is NON REFUNDABLE and must be redeemed within 60 days or purchase! Because of the limited mat space we have, there will be ABSOLUTELY NO martial arts instructors, school owners, or trainers permitted, thank you for your understanding.
